been busy with work. Still not re-enrolled in school. part of me is ecstatic, the rest is worried. but whatever, right? In other news, I finally have Photoshop back on my computer, and hope to have updates again at some point. soon, I should mention!

anyway, I'm sifting through my gallery to see if I have anything worth coloring. mouse coloring can't be so bad, right? cripes I need a tablet! lol.

it's been a tough couple of months. To begin, financial woes are taking their toll, but the work hours I'm getting are doing their best to alleviate that. Thank goodness I'm so well liked by my supervisor!

Anyway, I'm looking for a second job while I wait around to go back to school. But hey, it's not a total loss. I'm getting creative again. If I could install Photoshop (and hell, the rest of CS3), life would be golden. I'd even update my dA page! just a bit unbelievable, eh?

as it stands, I've been bumming around on Facebook. it's been great reconnecting with people I knew from high school and other places. Hell, I'm even keeping in contact with my brother and sister, which I'd call a win. not that you really wanted to know that, just thought I'd share. If you want to friend me there, note me here. David Johnson is a slightly common name. lol.

Finally done moving, though I still need to unpack.... and stuff. heh. anyway, as i begin to unearth stuff it occurs to me just how much crap I have! OMG! but hey, whatever.

It also occurs to me that I need to contact my friend about the desk she was going to give me.....need to do that asap!!

back on topic, though.... heh... hoping to have some new stuff drawn soon, will post soon after. After all, my roomie has a scanner of which I should be able to make use.

And on a sort of final note, I've been asked to help another friend on an art project. It's a golden networking opportunity, so wish me luck. I'm actually afraid I'm going to bollock it up! Of course, that's how I roll.

The cool part of moving is that one of my new roomies has a scanner. I'll probably bug her for its use on occasion.

At any rate, life will be much better when I get settled in the new place.

And a side note to anyone w/ a PS3, Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 is awesome! A friend of mine has it, and we've played a few times. you could do worse. Of course, it helps to be a Gundam fan....

....can't wait til I can afford my comics again....
